gold mon 2 isn't about gold, it's about the message behind the music. The legend Bob Marley was very prolific in my life. I wanted to bring his message into my community and my surroundings, I wanted to have that same trust that he has in the people, I couldn't do that without hearing myself sing his music. I mean really sing the music. After covering at least 100 of his songs I decided that it was time to make an ep, and hope it gets heard by the people. I didn't care about the money, didn't care about the publicity, and I didn't care if no one ever liked my singing. I just wanted to channel Bob. I wanted to channel Marley. One day I was sitting at home when my sister's boyfriend told me he needed help with a gig I would be a stagehand aka a P.A. I asked for who and he said for Stephen Marley. I was quick to say yes, next thing you know I am picking up stephen's guitars and his drums, all his equipment. I'm walking right past him and ziggy! I didn't tell them I'm making their dad's music and remaking their music too, but one day, I dream they'll hear it. I&I know Bob hears it. Only a matter of time before the world hears the message the music and the redemption songs that I sing for Bob and his Bredren.
